The Candlelight series is bringing haunting concerts to a number major cities across the USA and Charleston is set to host the same eerie performance this October. Prepare to enter into a candlelit setting bathed not only in the glow of flickering candles, but also in the frightening spirits of Halloween. You can expect to be transported to the creepy worlds of The Addams Family, Stranger Things, and more at this one-of-a-kind event.
A talented string quartet will perform classical renditions of some of the most familiar Halloween-themed melodies for an unforgettable evening out in “The Holy City”. Find your seat at Music Farm and The Unitarian Church and settle in for an hour of hair-raising notes and spine-chilling tunes.

Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics
Every year the Halloween season arrives and each year it can become more and more difficult to find new ways to celebrate it. Well, look no further than Candlelight’s haunted evenings of Halloween classics for the perfect plan to do with family or friends. Compared to Fever’s other Candlelight events inspired by music by the likes of Vivaldi and Adele, this series of performances draws from the more sinister aspects of film and tv series.
A classically-trained quartet will present audiences with takes on the likes of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”, Tubular Bells (Theme from The Exorcist), The Addams Family theme song, Danny Elfman’s Beetlejuice theme, and more. There’ll be several concerts taking place inside Music Farm and The Unitarian Church throughout October, so this year, as well as for preparing the scariest pumpkins, carve out some time for a Halloween Candlelight concert.
Candlelight invites everyone to listen to haunting hits this Halloween surrounded by candles. Shows will begin in October, with two showtimes each evening, at 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Each concert will last 60 minutes and doors open 45 minutes prior to showtime.
Note that for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
