Starting this Wednesday, the Woodlands Nature Reserve is hosting a yoga class in the forest. See you there?
It’s time to get zen and practice some outdoor yoga, taking advantage of the cooler weather and our beautiful natural surroundings. It seems like Woodlands Nature Reserve read our mind and is hosting “Forest Yoga” every Wednesday from October 27 until December 1.
The class will be held at Buddha Beach from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. The beach is a beautiful scene next to a lake with two islands in the middle. It will be a Hatha yoga class for all levels and all bodies guided by Al Mason.
A day pass to The Woodlands Nature Reserve will be included with admission so you can unwind with a bit of hiking or a picnic. Kayaks and paddleboards are included!
If you’re hungry after your relaxing morning, food and drinks will be available through Cheft The Kitchen.
You can register online with this QR code or get in touch with the reserve through social media.
