Do you love yoga? Are you looking for a different and unique outdoor activity? Charleston County Parks is hosting yoga flow classes at the Mount Pleasant Pier.
Stretch and relax for an hour under the moon and stars. The class will be given by instructor Ji Hwang, who believes the yoga practice is for everyone. It will be open to all fitness levels and will have live music to make it even more special.
About the instructor
Ji’s classes have a deep focus on alignment and anatomy which is built by a focus on clear, accessible instruction. Ji completed her initial 200-hr teacher training at The Shambhava School of Yoga in Hawaii in 2008, followed by Yoga Works Teacher Training in NYC and Charleston.

In case you can’t make this Thursday’s class, don’t worry. There will be another two scheduled for October 14 and November 8 in different venues. One will be at Wannamaker County Park and the other at James Island County Park. Check out the Charleston County Parks website for more information.
