1. Valley Maker Concert
When: 🗓 July 10
Where: Charleston Music Hall 📍 37 John Street
Valley Maker will be singing live with Michael Flynn as a special guest. The music of Austin Crane will make you fall in love.
2. Charleston Sprint Triathlon
When: 🗓 July 11
Where: James Island County Park 📍
This Triathlon Series features a 600-yard freshwater swim, 12-mile bike ride, and a 5K run. Register online at the Charleston County Parks website.
3. Charleston Night Bazaar
When: 🗓 July 17
Where: Edmund’s Oast Brewing 📍 1505 King St
Every third Saturday, you can visit Edmund’s Oast Brewing to enjoy a cold one while shopping for vintage jewelry, soaps, candles, mixed media, and more products made by local artisans and crafters. See you there!
4. Sweetgrass Cultural Arts Festival
When: 🗓 July 24
Where: Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park 📍 99 Harry Hallman Blvd
Hours:⏰ 10:00am – 3:00pm
This annual festival is designed to promote and bring attention to the contributions of the Gullah Geechee people’s history, culture, traditions, and sweetgrass basket art form. Admission is free, and you’ll be able to get involved in different exciting and fun activities.
5. 2021 Fly Fishing Film Tour
When: 🗓 July 29
Where: Charleston Music Hall 📍 37 John Street
The 15th annual Fly Fishing Film Tour is back this year with a selection of notable films that will inspire and build awareness for marine animals’ conservation and ecosystems. The festival includes movies, social gatherings, and free giveaways.
