Ready for a savage experience this 2022? Start training for Charleston’s Savage Race, which will take place on May 7, 2022, at the Woodlands Nature Reserve.

Everything you need to know about Charleston’s Savage Race

This year, the racecourse will feature 25 obstacles, and with your registration, you’ll also get:

  • A beer
  • Shiny medal
  • Action photos for your social media
  • T-shirt
  • Chip timing
  • Mud in your underwear

Run through 7 miles of challenging barriers. Obstacles this year include inverted ladders, climbing walls, cargo net, low crawl, a slippery vertical wall, and more!

Celebrate finishing the competition with a finish line beer, the official recovery beverage of the Savage Race. If you finish, your first beer is on the house.

Did you inspire your children to become savages too? They have a friendly and challenging course for your little ones. Each obstacle is monitored by friendly staff.

The course is offered in two different distances:

1/3 mile course for Savages 8 and under, with easier obstacles, and parents are welcome to participate with their child.

1-mile course with larger obstacles for Savages 9 to 12.

The race is at noon!
